You take over qualified leads and work out offers
You take over customer communication in our projects and ensure that our software projects are implemented in compliance with deadlines, quality and cost targets.

ABOUT YOU

You are really up for challenging projects in the digital setup and your skills as a communication expert, technology connoisseur and timeline juggler are sound? The following would be perfect:

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Degree in business informatics or a comparable degree
Practical work experience (at least 3 years) in managing projects in the IT area (ideally in a Scrum/Kanban environment) or in customer support in a technical environment

SKILLS

Service orientation, strong communication skills and friendly, confident appearance towards our customers are a must
basic technical understanding is a must (programming skills a plus)
fluent German is a must
very good knowledge of English is an advantage
