How you create impact

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions ranging from simple to moderately complex.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Implement AI-powered capabilities into automation solutions.
• Monitor and support existing automations, ensuring stable performance and quick issue resolution.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with international automation teams and business stakeholders across the organization.
• Continuously explore new technologies and best practices in automation and AI.

What we would like you to bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in software development, automation, or a similar IT-related role.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or similar.
• Understanding of automation concepts and technologies.
• Familiarity with automation platforms such as UiPath is considered an advantage.
• Basic understanding of APIs and AI-powered solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Intermediate or higher level of English.
