Product Photographer E-Commerce (m/f/x)

Purpose?

You will support our design team in enriching both the company and our customers with beautiful photography and ​videography to create a unique brand experience. You will be part of a young and creative team. With your help, we will be able to better market our brands and fuel our growth.

Expected results for this role in the first 12 months?

Typical job ads are boring. We'd rather tell you what we expect from you in this role. If you join our team, here is what you will be expected to do in your first 12 months:

• Product photos for new and existing products for all our channels, e.g. marketplaces, social media, websites
• Work with our design team and marketing team to plan, prepare and schedule the photo shoots
• Know what equipment and props will be needed, and get everything ready for the shoot day.
• Digital post-processing of product photography for our sales channels (cropping, editing, retouching etc.)
• Stay updated on trends and new concepts, and contribute ideas to help the team grow
• Interest and motivation in gaining initial experience in the field of product videos

Required skills and experience?

You may already have some experience through internships, apprenticeships, or other part-time or work-study positions. If so, that is obviously a plus. But if not, that's no problem either. We'll teach you everything you need to know. The following is also important to us:

• Training or sufficient professional experience as a photographer with a focus on product photography (ideally in the field of e-commerce)
• You are interested in modern home & living products, lifestyles and trends, and have an affinity for online shopping
• You are familiar with the Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop and Lightroom
• You bring initiative, reliability and a high standard of quality to your own work
• You will be able to balance your own tastes with the needs of the marketing team to ensure results are customer-centric

Niboline is a young and fast-growing e-commerce company, which combines the development and manufacturing of products until the sale to end consumers. From the headquarters of the shipping and logistics center in Brandenburg, Germany, we manage the multichannel distribution of more than 300 products for over 1 million European customers.

Our mission as a D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) company is to develop and scale new brands and products that are precisely adapted to our customers' needs and homes to ensure their satisfaction.
