Your main tasks will include:

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and designers and other Product Creation teams to identify relevant problems and develop smart solutions for customers in different countries
• Work towards developing the next level of the lead generation business in five different countries. Our main products are tariff calculators and forms that help our international customers to find their way quickly and easily through the jungle of insurance and financial topics with the least possible effort
• Design simple and enjoyable interfaces for mobile and web, and craft experiences that are rewarding and curated
• Drive your ideas to execution from concept, research, prototyping, detailed design, usability testing and implementation support
• Communicate your ideas, concepts, and customer insights to stakeholders
• Understand the overall strategic direction of your pillar and the company - therefore, you seek to make a meaningful contribution to that strategy via your product design work
• Monitor trends and derive measures to enhance our design language, you work with the heart of our forms and calculators: our design system for all components and continuously develop it further

You are right with us if:

• You have 3+ years of experience in digital product design, ideally with experience in building international apps at a FinTech / InsurTech, with contributions to shipped projects
• You have excellent English skills, both verbal and in writing (German is a big plus)
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are willing to move fast, fail, and get up again
• You have a solid understanding of research and applying research insights to enhance your designs
• You are well-structured in your workflow and ability to quickly grasp complex requirements
• You bring with you a high level of customer empathy and passion to deliver customer value
• You have a strong portfolio, ideally showcasing web and mobile projects with emphasis on your contributions and your growing expertise
• You are familiar with interaction design and information architecture
• You have demonstrated a sense of ownership and attention to detail
