Project Engineer

Short Description

Are you a Mechanical Engineer who enjoys balancing technical engineering, customer interaction, and project coordination? We are looking for a Mechanical Project Engineer to support projects from concept and design through to successful completion, working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Function Description

As a Mechanical Project Engineer, you will play a key role throughout the entire project lifecycle. You will be responsible for developing mechanical engineering solutions, supporting the execution of TP Cover and other protection-related projects, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

You will participate in customer meetings and technical discussions, coordinate project schedules and deliverables, and act as the main communication link between customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Working closely with the Sales Manager and engineering colleagues, you will monitor project progress and contribute to successful project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant engineering experience
• Experience in project coordination and/or project management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Experience within the marine, offshore, or industrial sector is considered an advantage
• Currently residing in the Netherlands
