Requirements: - 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong exposure to full-stack development. - Professional experience with object-oriented backend development, particularly Java and Spring Boot. - Strong frontend experience with Angular and TypeScript, with the ability to work comfortably across the full stack. - Experience using AI coding assistants or a strong interest in adopting agentic development workflows and prompt-driven engineering. - Ability to critically review AI-generated code and distinguish robust, production-ready solutions from incorrect or unreliable implementations. - Strong understanding of secure software development and modern application security principles, with an awareness of current threat landscapes. - Experience taking ownership of applications across design, development, deployment, and cloud infrastructure. - Self-directed and comfortable working in an autonomous, results-oriented environment with limited meetings and minimal supervision. - Strong communication skills and professional fluency in English. - Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to continuously learn emerging AI-assisted engineering practices. Benefits: - Fully remote work with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world for up to 183 days per year. - Budget and access to modern AI-powered development tools. - Virtual Stock Options (VSOPs). - Merit-based culture with significant opportunities for professional growth. - €200 monthly budget for coworking or sports activities. - Remote-first environment focused on autonomy, flexibility, and productivity.
