Fullstack - Python/React Developer (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to drive the development of our cloud-native platform. Our goal is to provide scalable e-learning and cyber security solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, reducing risks through modern, event-driven technologies. This role requires a true Engineering mindset —someone who can oversee the entire stack, jump into different layers of the architecture, and provide hands-on expertise where needed.
Develop and optimize APIs, microservices and application workflows that support seamless user interactions and system integrations.

• Frontend & Backend Collaboration: Business Logic Implementation: Translate business requirements into effective software solutions, working closely with product managers and designers.
• Data-Driven Functionality: Develop features that leverage data insights, personalization and automation using AWS services like Glue, QuickSight and Athena.
• Data & Insights Management: Oversee the collection, storage, and utilization of data to generate valuable insights for our partners, ensuring efficient data pipelines and analytics.
• Guide the team across frontend and backend decisions, mentor junior engineers, and support product managers in shaping product roadmaps.

Strong experience with modern frontend stack (React,TypeScript) and backend technologies (Python, Java).

• Hands-on experience with AWS services, serverless patterns and event-driven architecture.
• Data & API Design: Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, GraphQL, RESTful APIs and AWS analytics tools.
• Security & Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with IAM, OAuth, JWT and cloud security best practices.
• Problem-Solving & Hands-on Mentality: 7+ years of professional experience in software delivery.
