You are acting as a Simulation Software Engineer Visualisation Solutions & Data (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Defence and Space in Manching. Derive system requirements or user stories from operational requirements for new functionalities of Engineering and Training Simulation systems or subsystems

• Support the design and architecture definition for new simulators visualisation toolchain building blocks and functionalities
• Evaluate and integrate visualisation solutions and develop our in-house visual interface (mainly C++)
• Create and perform automated unit and automated or manual subsystem tests of our software building blocks
• Integrate the developed components with the overall Simulator systems and Image Generator software
• Documentation of the appropriate software modules Your profile:
• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, electrical engineering or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in IT/information systems and software development
• Interest in flight simulators, visualisation technology, software development and integration
• Detail knowledge of and hands-on experience with object orientated programming languages, in particular C/C++ is a must have
• Python, bash, Rust or others would be a plus
• Experience with Development and Maintenance of DevOps/CI/CD solutions would be a plus
• Fluent English skills both spoken and written
