Shape and streamline business processes in manufacturing by defining detailed target processes and governance in the field of SAP S/4HANA and MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
Define functional specifications for the future MES to ensure it meets business needs and integrates seamlessly with other systems
Verify local requirements, adapt processes as needed, and provide hands-on support during go-live activities to ensure successful implementation
Collaborate with business partners to ensure alignment with SAP standards and maintain seamless interfaces between MES, SAP S/4HANA, and other connected systems

Experienced in manufacturing operations with a background in production or laboratory operations being a plus, and knowledge of SAP systems and/or MES highly appreciated
Skilled in understanding business processes, data management, and data governance, with strong knowledge of manufacturing processes
Process-oriented and analytical, with expertise in end-to-end process modeling, data migration, and problem-solving
