Java / Spring Architect (m/w/d)

The Java Developer role involves designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using Java technologies. The candidate will leverage their expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other related technologies to deliver high-quality solutions. This hybrid position requires a strong understanding of the Devices and Telecom domains, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain software applications using Java technologies to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements for new software features and enhancements.
Utilize Java and related technologies to streamline processes and automate tasks, improving efficiency and productivity.
Design and implement Java-based procedures and functions to support business operations and data management.
Generate reports and forms to provide accurate and timely information to stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Java applications, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
Conduct code reviews and testing to ensure software quality and adherence to industry standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Work in a hybrid model, balancing remote and on-site work to maintain flexibility and productivity.
Ensure seamless integration of software applications within the Devices and Telecom domains, enhancing functionality and user satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and related technologies.
Demonstrate experience in the Devices and Telecom domains, showcasing the ability to integrate domain-specific knowledge into software solutions.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
Show proficiency in hybrid work models, balancing remote and on-site tasks efficiently.
