Software Engineer* Data Automation

Lead in the code for our core product (Data Pipeline), while staying fluent across our other codebases (Importer, User Platform, Admin Panel). Shape the architecture of our scalable data pipeline product in close collaboration with senior engineers and the Tech Lead.
Define and enforce engineering standards (naming, testing, performance, security), short design docs , and ADRs (Architecture Decision Records).
Own an engineering-led backlog for technical debt and continuous improvements (pipeline throughput, parsing performance, observability).
Establish compatibility and release practices for our JavaScript SDKs and public APIs: semantic versioning, deprecation policy, and contract tests.
6–7+ years of professional experience in software engineering (including Staff or Senior-level experience)
- js/TypeScript (Express.Fluency in React/TypeScript (able to lead on frontend architecture and SDKs when needed)
- A passion for mentorship and raising the engineering bar through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing
- Excellent communication skills in English — able to explain complex technical topics clearly and collaborate with our Germany-/Thailand-based engineering team
- Experience with ETL tools, data pipelines, or high-throughput systems
Familiarity with ISO 27001-compliant engineering practices
