Senior Fullstack TypeScript Developer

Founded in Berlin, autarc is a ~40 person start-up who were part of Y Combinator’s S24 batch in San Francisco. Our team consists of people in Sales, Tech and Operations, with the Engineering & Product department currently ~20 people, as we continue to grow throughout the year.

You'll join the Product team building the core experience for solar panel installers, now enhanced with AI-assisted workflows. You'll work alongside Computer Vision specialists to ship user-facing features that make complex workflows feel simple: Ship polished React UIs and interaction-heavy workflows with strong UX

Build APIs that connect data across systems, devices, and workflows

Support and improve 3D scanning for applied features.

Improve offline sync and data consistency for field teams

TypeScript, React, Three.Electric SQL, RxDB, local-first sync patterns

This is a Fullstack role with a 50/50 split between Frontend and Backend. 3+ years for Mid-level or 5+ years for Senior of professional software experience

• Strong React + TypeScript and UX craftsmanship
• Backend experience with APIs, data modelling, and SQL databases
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)

Experience integrating LLM features into products

Familiarity with local-first data or sync engines
