AI Software Engineer (m/f/d)

Together with our client, a Berlin‑based software company that develops automated solutions to simplify tax compliance for cross‑border e‑commerce, we are looking for a forward thinking AI Software Engineer (m/f/d) in Berlin with solid experience in AI-driven engineering (especially Claude Code ).
By combining cloud technology, data integration and expert knowledge, our client enables online retailers to manage registrations, filings and ongoing tax obligations across multiple European markets efficiently and with minimal manual effort.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend and frontend components within a serverless AWS architecture
PHP, TypeScript, React, Python), switching languages where it makes sense
Currently we use a mix of PHP, TypeScript, React, Python (no single‑language specialization required)
GitFlow, modern software engineering best practices

Senior‑level experience as a software engineer, ideally in a software or SaaS company
Exposure to AI‑augmented development or internal developer platforms
