(Senior) Backend Developer Java (m/w/d)

That’s why we’ve also launched a premium matchmaking service across our brands, which pairs eligible users one-on-one with a dedicated matchmaker to cut through the noise, and uses short video dates to assess chemistry.
Right now, we’re looking for Backend Engineers who are passionate about clean code, scalable systems, and continuous growth.
Build and Evolve: Design new features and improve existing systems using modern agile practices like Kanban, Scrum, XP, TDD, and Pair Programming.
Keep Things Running Smoothly: In our DevOps culture, you’ll help ensure our backend systems are fast, stable, and ready for scale.
Performance First: Monitor and optimize system performance to keep things running efficiently and reliably.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
6+ years of experience developing large-scale production applications in Java
~ Bonus points for experience with Cloudflare, Kubernetes, Docker, SonarQube, and Gitlab
