Ihre Aufgaben
Sie sind Teil eines Projektteams, welches unser Kernsystem kontinuierlich erneuert und in unsere Systemlandschaft integriert – diese Systemlandschaft ist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil zur Unterstützung des medizinischen Personals bei der digitalen Beauftragung von Laboruntersuchungen. Des Weiteren zählen folgende Tätigkeiten zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben:
Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung und Pflege unseres Laborauftrags- und Befundungskommunikationssystems im agilen Entwicklungsumfeld
Konzeption, Entwicklung und Implementierung komplexer Funktionen und Module mit aktuellen Technologien insbesondere PHP, API Platform, Symfony und Doctrine
Technische Führung und Mentoring von Entwicklern im Backend
Technische Umsetzung unter Anwendung moderner Entwicklungsprinzipien wie Clean Code und Design Patterns
Erstellung von Coding-Guidelines und Erweiterung dieser
Dokumentation der Entwicklung und Sicherstellung der Code-Qualität
Mitgestaltung und Optimierung unserer Systemarchitektur im laufenden Betrieb und bei neuen Projekten
Performanceanalyse und -verbesserung
Sicherstellung der Qualität der Backend-Software durch Code Reviews, automatisierte Tests und fortschrittliche Testmehtoden mit PHPStan und Pest
Stakeholder-Kommunikation zwischen Entwicklung, Produkt- und Testmanagement
Dokumentation technischer Sachverhalte im Ticketsystem sowie in der internen Wissensdatenbank
Ihr Profil
Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Informatik oder einem verwandten Studiengang, alternativ können Sie eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) im Fachbereich Anwendungsentwicklung mit einschlägiger Programmiererfahrung vorweisen
Sie bringen mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung von APIs und Backend-Technologien, in PHP und dem Symfony-Framework mit
Selbstständige, strukturierte und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweisen gehören zu ihrem Handwerk
Sie haben ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis von Softwarearchitektur, Systemintegration und API Design
Der Umgang mit gängigen Entwicklungsumgebungen sowie mit dem Versionskontrollsystem git ist Ihnen vertraut
Erfahrungen in der Umsetzung von Funktions- und Integrationstests sind wünschenswert
Sie zeichnen sich durch eine selbstständige, strukturierte und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus
Sie sind ein engagierter Teamplayer (m/w/d) mit hohen kommunikativen Fähigkeiten sowie Flexibilität und haben Freude an teamübergreifender Arbeit
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
