A self-starter who enjoys solving complex problems with data uncovering meaningful insights and communicating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
You should be comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced remote environment and be genuinely excited about crypto trading and analytics.
Own the design and delivery of analytical dashboards for metrics and KPIs across campaigns user funnels and product performance.
Analyze large user and event datasets (Amplitude Looker SQL) to uncover trends opportunities and risks.
Identify and explain drivers of acquisition activation and retention through data storytelling and cohort analysis.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure data integrity event tracking consistency and reliable measurement frameworks.
Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for marketing and leadership teams.
Manage data pipelines and analysis for Hubspot in collaboration with the BD team.
This is a remote position and candidates will need to work primarily within European time zones.

3 years of experience in data analysis and data management within the financial services industry

• Google Analytics 4 Looker Studio and SQL for behavioral and funnel analysis.
• Understanding of APIs webhooks and first-party data integrations between marketing and backend systems.
• Skilled at building KPI dashboards and cohort reports; ability to translate data into clear insights and business impact.
• Data & Tagging: Crypto/Fintech Experience: Familiarity with blockchain crypto exchanges and user acquisition KPIs such as deposits trading volume is a strong plus.
• Light Python / SQL experience is a plus.
