Data Analyst / SQL- Consultant (m/w/d)

Rabot Energy is looking for a Senior BI / Data Analyst to take our data insights to the next level. We are looking for an experienced analyst to join our Data team and become a trusted partner for our stakeholders. Design and develop data solutions, dashboards and reports to provide meaningful insights to business stakeholders.
Building data pipelines that empower visualizations and serve as the base for advanced analytics.
Play a key role in structuring and defining our Data Warehouse to ensure scalability and data integrity.
Guide and mentor team members and peers, providing technical QA and ensuring best practices in data visualization and reporting.
Work closely with different departments to understand data needs, ensuring insights are accessible and impactful for decision-making.
Professional Experience: Proven track record in designing and developing data solutions, dashboards and reports together with top-tier-stakeholders.

Knowledge of Python is preferred as well working with version control such as GitHub is preffered
SQL Mastery: Strong SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation , aggregration and optimization.
Data Warehousing & ETL: Experience working with data warehouses, dbt , ETL processes and big data technologies.
Ability to analyze large and complex datasets, extract key insights and drive data-informed decisions.
Ability to present complex data insights in an understandable way to senior management and non-technical teams.
Language Skills: Fluent in English. Knowledge of German is a plus
