Senior Fullstack Engineer (React/Typescript)

This is an exciting opportunity for a backend-focused full-stack developer eager to take ownership and shape modern digital products from architecture to production. You’ll join a small, highly skilled technical team working on scalable web solutions for marketing and e-commerce clients across Europe. The role combines backend excellence with creative frontend delivery, focusing on automation, clean code, and performance. Accountabilities:
Design, build, and maintain price comparison platforms and other core customer-facing applications from scratch to production.
Develop scalable backend services using Node.js, SQL, and Python (or Rust) while ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Deliver seamless, high-quality frontend experiences with React, Next.js, and TypeScript .
Shape system architecture and API design , optimizing for scalability and clarity.
Automate infrastructure, deployment, and monitoring processes using Docker and AWS .
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently using logs, monitoring tools, and tracing methods.
Collaborate closely with a small team of senior engineers to improve workflow automation and development efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack developer.
• Strong expertise in backend development with Node.js and SQL.
• Proven experience in frontend development with React, Next.js, and TypeScript .
• Solid understanding of architecture and system design trade-offs .
• Hands-on experience with AWS for deploying and managing applications.
• Proficiency with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1–C2) and an open, empathetic mindset.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Entrepreneurial and proactive approach, with the ability to balance quality and efficiency.
• Willingness to learn Python or Rust and continuously expand technical knowledge.
• Experience with SEO, AI coding tools, or UI/UX awareness is a plus.
