Data Analyst / SQL- Consultant (m/w/d)

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Data Analyst (all genders) to join our Data Analytics & Central BI team. In this role, you'll be reporting directly to the VP of Data within a small, highly aligned cross-functional team. You will be working on strategic projects in significant autonomy. Conducting data analysis, using statistical techniques and tools like Tableau and Apache Superset to develop insightful performance dashboards.

Effectively leverage a modern data tech stack; Exasol, Airflow, and Databricks, for data extraction and transformation.

Support with maintaining and evolving our central company reporting landscape, ensuring accountability KPIs and data consistency.

Commercial, Strategy, Marketing) and understanding the data sources from a technical & business perspective .

Contributing to the development of data pipeline logics using data modeling, SQL and Python, ensuring efficient data management and governance.

Develop & execute data quality assurance (QA) processes for central data products and pipeline implementations, and contribute to the adherence of reporting best practices.

Drive data excellence projects, developing our BIOps and fostering data literacy in the company through various initiatives such as trainings or data cataloguing

Drive cross-functional strategic projects and process changes, providing analytical expertise and assisting in defining project objectives and deliverables.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, a STEM field, or a comparable degree program with a strong focus on analytics and research.

Proficient knowledge and understanding of SQL and Python

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English.
