Senior Fullstack TypeScript Developer

As a technical leader, you'll partner closely with Product and Design to shape the roadmap, architect robust solutions, and guide a pod of engineers to deliver high-impact features across our full stack (Python, Node.js, TypeScript, and Vue.js).
This is a hands-on coding role. Champion a "You Build It, You Run It" culture. You're a seasoned full-stack engineer with at least 6 years of professional software development experience. You have a proven track record of shipping complex web applications and your expertise spans both backend (Python and/or Node.js) and modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js with TypeScript or similar).
You thrive in roles where you can take a high-level goal, break it down, and rally a team to execute.
Bonus Points
Hands-on experience with AI/ML. You have practical experience building and deploying features powered by machine learning models or large language models (LLMs).

Today, our proprietary software enables 800 thermondinos to scale the heating transition in Germany. We want to enable fully digitized and smooth customer journey ensuring that all processes are coming together: commercial funnel, procurement, product, supply chain, project management, finance, dispatch, HR planning as well as customer facing offerings for maintenance and home energy management.
