We need a Senior Engineer who doesn't just "use" tools, but understands the underlying mechanics of distributed state, clock synchronization, and data consistency .
While our primary language is Python , we value polyglot engineers who bring deep architectural patterns from Go, Java, or Rust. Experience managing high-cardinality data streams using Kafka, Flink, Spark, or Azure Event Hubs .
Analytic Product Engineering: You’ve built systems that power real-time dashboards, complex aggregations, or OLAP workloads
Data Reliability: You know how to handle "exactly-once" delivery semantics and backpressure in a distributed environment.
Optimize asynchronous Python services to handle massive concurrent I/O.
Fullstack Delivery: Bridge the gap between heavy-duty backend data processing and the frontend, ensuring our analytic interfaces are as fast as the data pipelines behind them. highly proficient (or ready to lead) in Python.
