To spearhead this initiative, we are actively seeking experienced senior systems engineers with a strong background in automation and operations. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the launch of the ESC in 2025, working closely with global AWS teams, and influencing the evolution of AWS services and technology. As a member of the UC organization, you’ll support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (Iot), Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS. Embark on a week filled with meaningful contributions to the operation and improvement of significant software systems. Deep systems engineering experience, working with hardware, software, networking, operating systems

• Proficient scripting processes in a language such as Bash, Python, or Ruby
• Deep expertise in Linux and networking with proven ability to conduct advanced system diagnostics, implement preventive measures, and resolve complex technical issues that impact system performance, reliability, scalability, and high availability across distributed software environments. Experience operating 24x7 high-availability, distributed software applications and performance tuning software applications and optimizing fleet utilization
• Experience supporting service in AWS or other cloud systems or services
