Software Engineer Backend DevOps

Join Saights as a Software Engineer and help shape the backbone of our AI-driven platform. You’ll architect, build, and refine web applications from end to end, collaborating with AI engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver smooth, intuitive experiences for our users. Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications—both frontend and backend
Architect and develop APIs and data pipelines for real-time, AI-powered features
Lead code reviews, uphold high standards for code quality, and mentor junior developers
2–3+ years’ hands-on experience as a Full Stack or backend-focused Software Engineer, ideally in a startup or fast-growing environment
- Solid experience with relational databases (ideally PostgreSQL), including data modeling and query optimization
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React/Next.Bonus points for:
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Takes ownership, shows initiative, and thrives in a dynamic startup setting
Communicates clearly and works well with others (English required)
