Key responsibilities:

Support to define and create reports, and automate processes for our IT department.
Collaborate with team members to analyze business requirements and recommend solutions to improve information system efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations to inform decision-making.
Support the documentation of system processes, procedures, and user guides.
Assist with training sessions and workshops for end-users to promote system adoption and proficiency.
Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.
Assist in the maintenance of software applications (like JIRA and Confluence).
Support completion of ad-hoc requests by management.

Your profile:

Your are a passionate Student studying Information Systems/Computer Science, ideally pursuing an advanced technical degree.
You have hands-on experience with Web technologies (e.g. PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript...) and knowledge in programming.
You are skilled in Power BI and Power Automate, turning data into actionable insights.
You are an analytical powerhouse with a knack for problem-solving.
You are fluent in verbal and nonverbal English communication; German and extra languages are a bonus.
Your are bursting with initiative and organizational prowess, ready to tackle any challenge head-on.
