Fullstack Software Engineer (Spring, Angular)

Our goal is to empower tax advisors and accountants to spend more time with their clients and on their clients’ most important problems, and less time in the kafkaesque maze of traditional accounting systems and processes.

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer at GFR, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end aspects of our software applications. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy scalable, high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our users and contribute to the company's success.

Designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications, both front-end and back-end.
Building and maintaining databases, optimizing queries, and ensuring data security and integrity.
Conducting thorough testing and debugging to ensure software functionality, reliability, and performance.
~ Staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve software development processes.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer or similar role, demonstrating proficiency in both front-end and back-end development.
Strong knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or others, along with expertise in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end frameworks (e.g., js, Django, Spring).
Experience with database management systems (SQL or NoSQL), API development, and version control systems (e.g., Ability to work in an agile environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
