Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Umsetzung kundenorientierter Strategien.
Dafür konzipierst Du CRM-Lösungen auf der Basis von Salesforce.
Du berätst bei der Gestaltung und Anpassung kundenbezogener Geschäftsprozesse in Vertrieb und Marketing auf Basis von Best Practices.
Um die Anforderungen an das CRM-System zu erfassen, führst Du Scoping-Workshops mit dem Kunden durch und konzipierst im Anschluss Daten-/und Rechte-Modelle.
Du implementierst Workflows und begleitest so die Umsetzung von Projekten bis zur Transformation der Lösung in den Betrieb.
Dabei bist du der Hauptansprechpartner des Kunden und begleitest in auf seiner CRM-Roadmap.
