Fraud Manager (m/w/d) eCommerce
Dienstsitz: Schwalbach

Role and Responsibilities

Überwachung und Lösung aller Disputes in den Bereichen Online Shop und Digital Services (App Store,… etc )
Verhinderung sowie Aufdeckung von Fraud Fällen mit Hilfe von gängigen Technologien
Entwicklung und Einführung von Prozessen um Fraud Fälle zu verhindern
Zusammenführung sowie Analyse relevanter Daten
Entwicklung sowie Messung von relevanten KPI`s
Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams ( Sales , Customer Service, Product , Logistic , Legal, Finance , SCM etc )
Bereitstellung monatlicher Reportings und regelmäßiger Analysen zu Trends und Rückbuchungsbeträge
Weiterenwicklung des Fraud Managements
Implementierung von technischen Lösungen zum Fraud Management in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Plattform-Management

Skills and Qualifications

Studium oder Ausbildung mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Hintergrund
Erfahrung in Fraud & Dispute-Management
Sehr gute Kenntnisse im MS-Office Paket (Word, PowerPoint, MS Excel)
Erfahrung in e- commerce /Online S hop Umfeld
SAP Kenntnisse
Kenntnisse von unterschiedlichen Payment-Methoden wie z.B. Adyen , Paypal , Klarna , Consors , etc.
Analytisches Verständnis
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Anpassungsfähigkeit und Flexibilität
