IT support/requirements manager (m/f/d)

Part-time with 28.88 hours/week. The position is open-ended.

The DRK Akademie SH, which is sponsored by the DRK-Landesverband Schleswig-Holstein e. V., is one of the largest providers of nursing training in Schleswig-Holstein with currently around 680 training places. The DRK Akademie SH is also involved in a wide range of further and advanced training and adaptation qualifications for nursing staff with foreign qualifications.

Your tasks

You will act as the first point of contact within our team for hardware and software problems (first and second level support). You will support our five locations of the DRK Akademie SH
You will survey and analyse our operating processes and initiate improvements in the context of digitalization
You translate our technical requirements into IT requirements (including the development of specifications)
As part of the coordination of requirements and technical errors, you will coordinate with the central IT team in the DRK regional association
You accompany and mediate during software implementation on site

Your profile

In addition to a completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration or a comparable qualification, you have knowledge of network infrastructure management
Ideally, you have basic knowledge of ITIL and experience in project management
You have good communication and analytical skills at the interface between users (m/f/d) and IT colleagues (m/f/d)
You are characterized by a strong ability to work in a team as well as confident independent action even in stressful situations
You like to work very independently and on your own responsibility
You have a good command of written and spoken German
