Was bedeutet Commercial Valuation? Von Office-Komplexen über Shopping Center und Logistikimmobilien bis hin zur Projektentwicklung. Bei JLL bewerten wir die größten Gewerbeimmobilien für nationale und internationale Kunden. Um eine Immobilie bewerten zu können, müssen wir sie von Grund auf verstehen. Neben dem Training on the Job erhältst Du in unserer Valuation Academy sowie zahlreihen Workshops wertvolles Know-How, das du im Rahmen von Bewertungen zu Bilanzierungs-, Finanzierungs-, Transaktions- bzw. Consultant - Value and Risk Advisory (m/w/d)

Das machst Du bei uns

Du führst Bewertungen von gewerblich genutzten Einzelimmobilien und Immobilienportfolios verschiedener Assetklassen durch, d. h. vom Hotel über die Logistikhalle und Projektentwicklungen bis zu den größten Bürokomplexen
An europaweiten Portfolios arbeitest Du zusammen mit anderen Business Lines und JLL-Standorten
Du erstellst Einzel- und Portfolioberichte in deutscher und englischer Sprache für nationale und internationale Kunden und arbeitest mit relevanten Tools der Immobilienwirtschaft wie Argus Enterprise, Lora und JLL-GPT
Du wendest nationale und internationale Bewertungsstandards an (RICS, ImmoWertV etc.)
Im Zuge des Bewertungsprozesses analysierst Du die relevanten Unterlagen und führst zusammen mit den Kunden Objektbesichtigungen durch
Du erstellst Standort-, Objekt-, Miet- und Marktanalysen

Das bringst Du mit

Ein erfolgreich absolviertes Studium im Bereich Immobilienwirtschaft, Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, BWL oder eine vergleichbare akademische Ausbildung
Erste Praxiserfahrung in der Immobilienbranche
Die Ambition Neues zu lernen und von Tag 1 an voll mit eingebunden zu werden
Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und Aufgeschlossenheit
Einen Pkw-Führerschein
