Comprehensive understanding of ML & Advanced Analytics life cycle incl. ability to identify best fit Advanced Analytics / AA solution approach for a given business problem
Understanding analytical effort to business problem / impact
Forge effective collaborations with internal and external teams to achieve project deliverables
Define user-journeys together with Business stakeholders

Master or PhD degree in technology, mathematics, science, or business, with a particular focus on strategic management / change
Min. 5 - 7 years of experience delivering Advanced Analytics solutions (e.g., machine learning / data science projects), recognizing and tackling relevant business challenges/opportunities
Proven consulting & change management experience, amplifying your ability to drive transformation
Solid comprehension of advanced analytics and machine learning applications & their tailored implementation in organizations of various sizes and maturity levels
Solid hands-on product ownership/management expertise within technical domains
Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with various audiences, including senior executives & stakeholders from diverse functions, conveying the significance of advanced analytics & modern data technologies
Proficiency in building partnerships across departments, including remote teams
Proficient planning skills, focused on clearly defined milestones and use of planning tools like JIRA/Confluence & Microsoft Teams
Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle & data analytics, including cloud technologies, machine learning, and end-to-end data pipelines
Proven contributor to “a digital transformation culture” within a company landscape (e.g., through workshops, coaching)
Self-driven and adept at managing dynamic tasks & priorities while delivering exceptional quality results
Innate team player, capable of galvanizing individuals toward shared objectives and making Advanced Analytics accessible to a wide spectrum of stakeholders
Strong experience in collaborating with and deep understanding of key cultures within the Olympus organization, i.e., North America, China, Japan, Europe/ Germany, excelling in a multicultural setting with sensitivity to diverse backgrounds
Fluent in English, with additional languages as a distinct advantage
