Paying attention to customers requests while following provided policies

World Class Traning

The training for this position consists of 4 weeks in class training, followed by 3 weeks of hands on telecoaching.

What do we look for in a Canadate?

Excellent written & verbal communication in English
Solid understanding of computer systems and software
Take pride in conducting excellent interactions with colleagues and customers
Able to work rotating shifts, including early evenings, weekends, and some statutory holidays
Willing to take part in 4 weeks of training & 3 weeks of telecoaching
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Minimum high school diploma
