Purpose of Job

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused working student as Sales Assistant to join our team. The incumbent will support and assist in the sales process and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities

CRM support on maintaining masterdata up to date, Account creation, Sample entering and tracking.
Managing product related documentation requests. Address the appropriate Sasol department/IT tool for needed input and distribute the documentions to the customers/sales mangager.
Prepare credit applications and start approval proces with account team.
Contract preparation and NDA support to Legal.
Cooperate with sales manger on updating the SAP pricelist.
Supporting sales/team meeting activities. (e.g. Taking notes, create actionlists, event organisation)
Support of sales managers on marketing activities. (e.g. Newsletters, brochures, internet research, presentations)
Monthly Transferpricing calculation
Support travel planning and coordination

Possible further support function:

Collecting and analysis of market information, including but not limited to import/export, supply/demand balances, competitors (capacities, capacity utilization), market share etc

Formal Education

ongoing business administration/management studies or science-oriented studies with a strong business and market affinity (Bachelor or Master)
